What is better than some scary movies? Either you love or either you hate them.
Here are 10 scary movies you should watch:
Scream (All movies, One to four)
Burn all in one evening for maximum enjoyment. Sidney Prescott’s mother has been murdered and a year later teenagers are being murdered. Could it be a serial killer? Answer yes, that is exactly where it is. Ill-looking 90s environments and clothing are promised in the first films.
I Know What You Did Last Summer
A bit the same theme as Scream. Teenagers, good 90’s and serial killer. With a hook in hand !! The two are good ones with, then they are in the Bahamas.
Poltergeist
House is haunted by creepy characters talking to a little girl through the TV. One of the scariest things is when things in the kitchen move by themselves. Super creepy after all.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Young people (there are always young people) who drive to a scary house in the middle of nowhere where they meet on a maniac with a chainsaw and his cannibal family.
The Shining
Writers with family take over the job as caretaker at the remote Overlook Hotel. Uncomfortable enough with a completely empty big hotel, scary when it snows. Over time, Dad Jack gets crazier and crazier.
The Exorcist
Girl gets possessed by demon. The mother gets scared and calls priests there.
This movie we watched often when I was younger. It’s megalithic. When my siblings and I were smaller, we forced our parents to let us see it, and then we didn’t sleep for several nights.
The Ring
A mysterious videotape that kills one seven days after one has seen it.
I think the American remake is pretty good, because I love Naomi Watts, but the Japanese original is scary with it.
Signs
A rural family discovers crop circles in the cornfields. What does it mean? Are they a map?
The first time I saw it I thought it was sickly scary. That kind of creepy aliens with big head and small body I find very unpleasant.
The Blair Witch Project
Shaky hand camera when three young people go out into the woods to make a documentary film about a known legend about a witch in the neighborhood.
